AGGRESSION |
||
What is Aggression? Aggression can be defined as showing fear, dominance towards either you, your family, food, toys, space, dogs, other animals and many other things.
If you see a dog biting, bearing teeth, barking, fighting etc. these are signs of aggression. In this course we will teach you how to deal with aggression and how to correct this behaviour.
Why get aggression dealt with? If you notice your dog becoming aggressive towards anyone or anything there is a chance that if pushed into a situation they will bite. This can lead into charges and worse case scenario, euthanization. So get your dog trained and save yourself heart break.
What this course includes: NOTE: A ½ hour interview with owner is required to determine severity of aggression before beginning sessions.
-Aggression towards children and people -Fear based aggression (when dog uses aggression out of fear) -Dominance aggression: taken out on owner, towards other animals and crittering (wild animals)
In this course, we tackle any aggression. We teach the dog that it is not a wanted behaviour and it won’t be allowed in your pack (home). Obedience is mandatory for all types of aggression. The dog needs to know myself, and you in order for him/her to respond to new needs/work we (owners and myself) will be giving the dog. * There will be a fee varying the severity of bite if any.
NOTE: When working on a problem behaviour or aggression setup, the dog may have a ‘Breakthrough’, or when he can no longer focus, and can no longer complete the session, the remaining time will be added to your next one.
Rate for aggression sessions: $50 per session |
